Hey, I had a paintball gun taken from me by police (while a cop had me in his sights) because I had been shooting at someone with a shotgun. Had that one not been proven to be total crap, I would have been in worse shape than them. You want to shoot animals, you get a license and shoot game animals, with a proper gun. You want to have fun with a paintball gun, go play. You want to screw off and do something that you know isn't correct... T.S. if you get caught, you're in trouble. E

| Endearingly quirky | I'd imagine they smelled pretty bad by the time they were done.

| the MilD MOD | I think punishment is reasonable given where they were and what they did. Running around a state cmapground blasting woodland creatues to death is different than a farmer shooting a woodland creature that just ate the heads off half his chickens. So, I guess I'm saying that the fact skunks died is sort of irrelevant to the case at hand. They are being punished for abusing wildlife at a campground. |

| I awesome and so can you! Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: 5,987 posts | I read the story, and what I took from it is that in some evidence room somewhere right now, two court employees are having an impromptu game of paintball with the markers slated for destruction.
