I had fun watching the other matches in the tournament. The seating in the arena gave a superb view of the games, and they were actually very interesting to watch.

The last two hours of the event that I sat through killed any desire I may have had to try national level tournament ball. And, I certainly won't go out of my way (i.e., drive to another city) to attend an NPPL event as a spectator.

I, for one, would be just happy as a clam if it went back to being a small fringe sport played in the woods and only by people that really enjoyed the game.

But, that's just me.

Someone explained to me that the referees have it in for Lang and are looking to penalize him.

hmm, well maybe if he wasn't a cheating-whining-a$$wipe and a general jerkwad, then Maybe the refs (and the general public in general) would think differently of him.

Try harder next time... I've seen better elementary school play productions that tried harder then this spectacular waste of players $$$.

okay, look, I used to work for the dump called McD and I had a LOT of stupid customers ask me how many pieces come in a 6/9/20 piece chicken nugget box... So no, it's not all that inane or stupid trivia question. Of course, these are the same dinks that would ask me what's the difference between a Hamburger and a Cheeseburger

Sorry but I don't see how that's cheating... If the promoters are stupid enough to allow the players See everything and everyone, how can that be cheating? It's like telling players not to listen to spectators when they "accidentally" yell out positions onto the field...

Yeah, I am that jerk that yells out fake positions and invisible players to on-field players that are stupid enough to listen...

Hell, refs and promoters are so damn lazy nowadays, they don't even TRY to stop the spectators from "helping" anymore. NOT that I am suggesting to anybody or everyone to "help" the pros during a game... You can still be ejected (or worse! You could be BANNED ) if they catch you.
