We pay $40-$70 art the store, it's the field paint only rule that most fields have that spawns our horror stories. But it's more like $150 a case =P

I have to mention that not everyone will carry GI as well, heck the province I come from I only know of one field that carries/carried GI.

In Alberta Canada Empire paint is the main paint shot. There are usually 2 grades which are either heat/custom blend/formula 13 or for an additional $10-15 a case marballizer/premium.

Typical Alberta price for non members run from $65-$100 a case for the lower quality stuff, then like earlier an additional upgrade paint for $10-15 more. For members/sponsored players it's normally $50-75 a case. At CPPL (Canadian professional paintball league, yes just call it that even though it runs in one province lol) $70 (formula 13) or $80 (marbs) cases is to be expected, but that paint price drop an extra $20 for one xball event that they hold (because logic... I guess).

Tldr :
Not really that extreme, but still Wtf since the move to Taiwan for cheap balls isn't hitting us yet not to mention hi grade stuff now made in Canada =/ (talking about you guys Empire....)

Paint readily available in my area:

KEE - anything, really (plant here in London)
Valken - Underground Productz is the distributor out of Brantford
Inka - plant in Brantford that sells mainly to Badlands, but there are a few affiliates around (which also happen to sell at about 1/2 the price of Badlands while we're at it)

G.I. is actually pretty rare even though it's just across the border to the east.

agreed. Graffiti is my go to paint. I really wish my home field had stuck with Valken for the field grade stuff. With that said the Draxxas field paint isn't bad but when I can get my hands on Graffiti and it's BYOP I'm like YEA!!!!:clapping :

therefore it now competes with CG for $200/case or $50000 per bag.

I am part of a non-profit field in Wisconsin. We sell paint almost at cost.
We have Evil and GI. Sometimes Flash from RPS
RPS is what everyone around my area seems to carry as field paint, which is annoying.

Oh and we sell a case of evil for $45.

We shot some new Zap a few weeks ago and it was super bouncy. Even throwing them at the cement maybe 1 in 6 broke.
