Hey NoForts4Me! I previously had a black PPS barrel but went brass with the Blazer. I find, over time, the exterior developes a nice patina - it goes a wonderful "aged" colour that's much more difficult to spot on the field than when polished.' How do you like the QD on the duckbill? My baby's in the shop having that put on, in addition to a 45-frame. I asked for the QD to make getting the Stabilizer off (male vert like yours) easier since I want to give it the service it needs. Hey Mr.Wisker: is that the new PPS pump kit for the Blazer? I love the flat pieces used as rods. Last edited by af895; 05-18-2007 at 10:46 AM.. Reason: added question for mrwisker

The pump rod is square stock with a retaining screw (the original pump kit kept falling off while playing)

Pretty much anytime I use SS Hose on a marker, I put QD's on it. It makes it easier to service. Having at least one on the Stabilizer is ideal. I just have two on there because they were already attached to everything when I took it off another gun. I've not decided exactly how I want to run air, and will probably wait until I get a 45 frame to make a decision.

| Active Member | Well, I am finally back in the family again after selling off a BBT Typhoon and a Blazer a few years ago. Like NoForts4Me I will be updating the pic as I upgrade it.
