I sort of meant as a possible replacement for the stock detents; as a way to shave off a little cost. Although the amount will probably be minute compared to the total cost anyway... i got my lapco barrel in the mail, but the t8 is still waiting! next time i order everything from spec ops. The lapco barrel is super nice though, the threaded hammerhead tip is really cool and adds a lot of porting.

Thought I'd resurrect this thread. Hopefully PPS will offer TAC 8 barrel sometime in the future
