Look whats back home

Well back when I got my pug a small leak started from the chamber plug and after changing a few oring Palmers sent me they offered to just have the gun picked up so they could fix it. Since it was going back anyways I put a note asking if it would be possible to get the sight rail cut down since I was so used to aiming without one on my kp. So a few days later I get a call from Craig and he tells me they can chop the sight rail but it will probably mar up the finish and not look that great but I said I was fine with this because I was planning on sending my Pug back in with my Kp after christmas to have them both black wrinkle powder coated... Well this is the result

Craig said they were already going to have it apart while they were fixing it... and powder coated it for no charge!!! And that is while Palmers is the only place I will buy a new gun from! Awesome job and thanks alot
Some more eye candy ( Ill try and get some more with my girlfriend's camera because its alot better than mine)

It is amazing! Oh and my Kp is all packaged up and Ill be sending it out first chance I get

G0ofy

Edit: Oh what she used to look like

That thing is gorgeous! Only thing I'd probably change was have the side tube on the right.

Hmmm Im curious. Why do most rightys prefer the tube on the other side? Im right handed but I wanted the tube on this side because I can reload entirely with my left hand and not have to switch hands to be ready to shoot like I have to when I reload my Kp.

Very very very nice. Black pugs rock.

Slap a .45 frame or a K-frame on that and you're looking at perfection.

Edit: I think most want it on the right so that the pump handle feels better when you're pumping it with your left hand. i.e. so the "thumb meat" section of your hand rests solidly on the pump.

Ahhhh I see. I guess it doesnt really phase me because I just put the end of my thumb on the front of the pump handle. And Im kind of fond of sheridan frames but Im not saying that a K-frame isnt somewhere in this ones future

You wouldn't believe how cool a K-frame is until you hold one. Completely worth the cash. I suggest getting one in black gloss if you do ever get one, it holds up much better than the dust anno (which scratches up easily).

I second this. The K-frame just feels like it fits perfect on there. I only traded mine away because I couldn't shoot it well to save my life
