Exclamation Video Replay

Does anyone know of any Video Instant Replay software? All I know of is VPlay, which is a proprietary software, and came with a HUGE video replay screen.

Are you looking for basic tivo functionality (pause a live feed etc.) or something more specific?

Microsoft media desktop... or whatever that is called. Google calls for me... but its calls fall upon deaf ears.

No, I'm talking INSTANT replay, like for use in a video station. Like when they show an instant replay on tv. It isn't an easy thing to find, just wondering if anyone knew of one.

Well, yes but you can only replay something that has been recorded. Try this,

If your thinking of something like the Superbowl, the technology is called "Eye Vision" but it uses a robotic multi-camera system on site. It's not something that happens in the studio. Here's an informative press release that talks about the original development.

Here's an alternative tech being developed by Mitsubishi that addresses the problem of tracking,

But you mentioned proprietary, am I to imply that you want an open source solution or just one that uses a standard video format?

It's just that they don't sell it, it comes with the huge board. I am looking for the ability to capture a video feed, and replay it to a monitor within 10 seconds after the fact, in slow motion if possible.
