Bringing this back from the grave.

After failing to get in touch with anyone at Sanchez, I turn to the great people on MCB. Basically the feedneck threads no longer support the feedneck itself. the feedneck can almost freely enter and exit the body. I turn to you for help, I love this marker and it has brought me a lot of good times on the field.

Not a super ideal, what if you attach the feedneck with JB Weld.

I think Sanchez Machine is still around

Sanchez Machine is still around, just not selling products directly anymore. The produce some of the items sold under the "Gat Paintball" label, like the barrel kit Gat sells. Going through Gat might be a good way to get in touch with the folks at Sanchez.

Another option for repairing the marker might be to have the gun re-threaded for a larger diameter feedneck thread (not sure what that would be). It would be worth talking to someone in the airsmithing section about, at least.

I spoke with Luis Sanchez on Wednesday. My son is a fan of his SM-1 pump and has three of them.

Luis is back in the paintball business, making and selling marker kits, and parts. My son just received a new pump handle and a quote for a new frame and bolt.

That said, your problem sounds more complicated and may be terminal. Good luck!
