I'm surprised since it's convertible it doesn't have a square ASA

This is earlier than some of the "Sniper 1" markers....
they had sight rails I believe...mine does not....
this is a garage gun of Buds.....not a production model.

It was a SC test Rental...not the later ones with the stickers on them...and there was alternate numberings concerning that too...this is the original.

there are alot of things about it I should right up sometime...

I road my bike in the rain from yorba linda to SC Village to put a bid in...they thought Iwas some crazy 14yo kid....got my bid in...had this guy pay half for a but...traded a bushmaster SI for the 2nd half of it (overpaid at the time...happy I did it now)

I think mine is 568.
that is the original ASA....the squares came slightly later...and then back to the rounds after that...Bud told me not to change a thing on it when he reannodized it in 1990

can you post a better picture of your feed?
I thought the early ones were square, then switched to round.
On square block asa's: PBJedi : "Square block Snipers where early guns that used a different style pin valve. I have #274 with a square block, The highest # I've seen was #311. Many went back to Worr game and got the asa replaced to use the pin valves that had become standard by that time."

here's a list of sniper 1's, I realize some of these guns could have been changed over the years.
add any info you can
