On the field 3000psi fills

I found this while browsing. Looks interesting, especially for those of us who run with a 13/3000, or while playing outlaw.

Ninja Paintball 90 cu 4500 psi PCP HPA Tank - Black - 3000 psi Output Regulator for mobile filling - Lowest Price Available from HustlePaintball.com

Thoughts?

I think that be a great thing for any renegade players gear bag. It also would be nice for those of us playing with small tanks at a field where the fill stations are far away from the actual playing fields.

My Mag will RT like a summnagun with that tank!

Is it just me or does that thing look dangerous?
The components don't look much different than the CO2 fill station that I have,
And the pin depressor/ ASA assembly it questionable in my mind as to how it will hold up to 3k psi as again, they appear to be off the shelf parts for CO2 use.

The concept is great and its a useful item but I tend to look at things from a liability perspective.

Looks like you could also fill 3.5oz tanks from a 20oz as well using the "tank to tank fill station".

Its cool that Ninja gives you options.
The 3k output reg is $100, the Tank & reg $234 then the fill station is $75

It would be even cooler if it had some sort of pro-connect at the end of the fill whip instead of the hole fill station that will be hard to get to if you where to use it to refill on the field

Yeah. That would seem to make more sense to me. I'm guessing it's because their slide check and pro-connect fittings aren't rated for 3000 psi. On Ninja's PDF catalog, their straight remote is rated for 3000 psi, and is available with a slide check, so IDK...

And yeah, I can see some knucklehead trying to hook this up to his gun, and rupturing something expensive, like his pancreas. Like anything, if you use it like it's supposed to be used, it'd be safe enough.

Glad to see Ninja making these, it would be easy for them to not because someone is going to do something stupid with it

I am going to be getting one. I like using my 13/3k but at my field it is a 10 minute walk back to the refill station. Usually we play different fields for an hour to hour and a half then everyone takes a break and gets air/paint. So this would work great for me. Will be next month but once I do, will let everyone know how well it works.
