I've been shopping w/ them for literally 20 years complaint free. So sorry for what you went through, but my experiences have been extremely positive.

Me = repeat customer.

Haha! I use to go to their Crenshaw store back in the pre-LA Riot/Rodney King verdict days.

After the chem tanks from the dentistry and dry cleaning offices descimated the shopping center, I think the only thing that was left standing in place was the vault from the bank.

I&I's store in san jose is overpriced, and they overcharge for shipping. 99% of the time specops is cheaper for me, *before* I&I charges tax. Afterwards, I&I tends to be much more. Specops also gets it in my hand in about the same time, but ships from a few states over, instead of a 2 hour drive from home.

the downside is specops only carries 1 phantom, and some 10 round tubes that are heavily overpriced. They do have a few more items coming in, but not much. Their clothes are nice though

I&I's HQ is here in SoCal. Not sure if they promised to ship your item from the NoCal location, but I'd assume it would be fulfilled here in SoCal. If it went UPS it would be considered a Zone 2 shipment for Ground services. You can track their fulfillment speed subtracting 2 workdays I guess.

Wevo always works.

I bought from I&I once, a terrible experience, took them 6 months to refund me back $40.
