| 08sdekim | Sniper Feedneck/Stock Feed
Hey everyone, I was wondering how difficult it would be to remove the pressed in feedneck on my 03 vert bodied sniper and use the little bits of rail to mount on one of those pistol feed tubes, from say an overloard or something. I have seen similar things done before but just am not sure if there are any major obstacles I would need to overcome in order to do this. Any advice or information is ,as always, greatly appreciated! -Mike |

Personally I think Phantom feed tubes look terrible on snipers. The reason I'd like to use a pistol clip is because of the rails, assuming that the sizes of the mounts on the clip match that of the rail on the cocker body. Mounting via the rails would be stronger than tapping for a screw, and I think it would look cleaner as a whole.
