As for the barrels for the Pyre, you can get a .686 and .690 both with widgets and they will cover any paint.
Peace
SM1= Sanchez Machine, correct?

The closest person that has anything from CCM or PPS is at least 2 1/2 hours away. And I think he only has CCM goodies.

Now to look at Sanchez Machine and ANS stuff

Yes on the Sanchez.. they make, and always have, great stuff.

I would love to try one. There is a guy here that had a T2 and SM1 and likes the SM1 better...that's saying a lot.

Peace

CCM Series or PPS Pyre, both are quality markers. Both have a smooth stroke. Weight wise the Pyre is a bit heavier (brass barrel), but with a CF barrel it's as light as a CCM. You don't have to limit yourself to a brand new one though. There are used ones that have been well taken care of that you can get cheaper and they are broken in already, unless you get a shelf queen.

I couldn't decide which was better so I got both.

Also the Pyre has one of the best regs built in... something to think about. It can also, with no problems, run off of CO2..even 12gr.
Peace

I want a new one simply so I can have the warranty.

Does anybody know how to contact Sanchez Machine (Preferably e-mail)? Might get an SM-1 with a barrel kit if it all works out.

Does anybody know if the SM-1 has 2k+ threads on it just in case if I want to put pnuematics on it or something crazy? I would probably do that to my Trilogy, but you never know.

AARRGHH! I can't decide between the SM-1 and the ANS X-5 for a cheaper choice (others are still in). I'm making a list to sort it out.
ANS X-5
=Delrin Pump kit
=90 frame
++Regulator
+Twist lock feedneck
+Drop and ASA
+ Looks like 2k+ threading
SM-1
++Aluminum Pump Kit (with two guide rods?+?)
++ Lever clamp feedneck
+Single Trigger
=No grips
--No reg
+Half Block
-No ASA
++Better colors

ANS X-5 = 5 points
SM-1= 5 points possibly 6

My local field dislikes CO2. Especially when it turns into dry ice in the tank

ansx5 should not be on your list,the SM1 far excede's the quality of anything ans

you can buy the SM1 complete ready to rock or partial,i have a partial camo and its outstanding,i have blacked out the screws and will upload some pix in about an hour

the SM1 is a pump only marker it cannot use pnues unless it was machined,sanchez barrel kits are WELL worth the price
