I saw a roto breach patent a few years ago and often wondered about it. I have seen a picture of a Phoenix before but never put them together.

Very cool. Now I can stop thinking about building one and just try to figure out how to afford one.
I have actually used my Phoenix in a handfull of games. I love it. It has a lot of over-travel on the trigger pull that probably could be remedied. A really cool popping sound when fired.

What did you have Rainman do to the breech on yours?

They werent cut for the relief that makes the detent ride up and down. Like I said, this thing never got fuly put together.

Trigger on them is cool, I used my old one (#117) once as well, its loud, has crappy reg creap (so set the velocity low and use another reg) but runs like a champ.

Ben, dont know if Castle is on the list, but would like to if just to come hang out. KNow playing is out of the question.
