Guy has two posts... one is to try to sell the Holy Grail... the other is to tell us that the Holy grail is sold... and he never provided proof that he actually had the Holy Grail in hand.

There are plenty of people who come here to sell old gear and are never seen or heard from again. MCB is the place to go to do that. I think you'd be lucky to get $80 for a Viper on most local forums or PBN.

Even a 12 gram model would get you more than $80.... probably more than $280!

$175 for a viper is a steal! But with out proof positive of gun in hand then that is what it is... a steal... possibly of your own money.

Shenanigens (sp?) it means, kind of like... BULL SH*T ... basically if someone calls shens you better find a way to prove what you said is true.

And Russ... I re-read what you typed.. yes you'd be lucky to get full value on a viper if you sold it somewhere other than here, SCP or the tinker's guild... unless one of us caught it on one of those sites that shall not be named... sorry about jumping on you like that.

Honestly, if it wasn't for the enthusiasm of a dozen or so people associated with this site, or the Damage Inc. team, there wouldn't be a market for these at all. That is true of any niche collectible though. You would probably be lucky to get $50 for one unless one of the handful of "right" people caught wind of it.

I got an email from the seller who said the gun sold to a guy via Craigslist. I am still second in line if it falls through. I wouldnt call this shens.
