#3594 Autococker

So, yes it is old, but am I missing something? Maybe I am not the only one affected by the thin air here in Denver.

To quote the seller:

I always said I would never sell this, but my wife thinks there are more important things we could use (food, mortgage, clothing...)
His price is spot on I think given that comment. He didn't want to put it so far over top that she would know hes full of **** but its well above market and probably won't sell.

I figured there was a high emotional up charge on it. What would be a fair price?

Jesterbuilt 08-21-2012 11:03 AM

$250 maybe

BigOldSkool 08-21-2012 07:58 PM

"Original"? The body is the only "original" part on there.

A circa-3K serial number puts the thing somewhere around, what, '91 or so? Not a bad start, sure, but damn near everything else on there dates to an easy eight to ten years later.

Is this one of those "Grandpa's Axe" kind of situations? "Yeah, we replaced the head twice and the handle three times, but it's still grandaddy's axe!" :D

"Yeah, I replaced the barrel. And the bolt. And the back block. Oh, and the beavertail, the grip frame and the front block bolt. And I replaced the pneumatics with those from a later model gun. And I put a new valve in it. But it's still completely original!"

:D

Doc.

The air is not too thin in Denver and I'm sick of hearing it, have lived here for decades. Good price, btw I'm selling a dead stock tippman 98c, she was my first gun, fifteen hundred makes her yours
