| Post Whore Join Date: Apr 2006 | It wasn't sold "outside of Ebay". It clearly states that the seller took the highest bid at that point. Seller still needs to pay fees associated with the $810 selling price. You never know, I bought a Carter Comp for high bid at the moment of $125 about 1 day into a 6 day auction. Seller needed the $$ fast It is not like he withdrew it and sold it behind Ebay's back. You're just jealous |

....knowing an auction can end at any moment, not just the last thirty seconds, would mean when someone bids, it would be with more meaning. If you don't know when something might end, you have to bid what you feel its worth the first time, or as a real auction, ramps up with the back and forth bidding (how eBay used to be many years ago). Instead of the wimpy lowballs and waiting for bid snipping programs on day 6, hour 23 and 30 seconds.

At least the guy with the KP2 last week said in the description he would pull the auction for the right price. |

3 or 4 of us emailed to see what the "buy it now" price was and we all got different answers.
