Yes, Steve makes 2 awesome products (the Redux and the Duckslide) I'm not denying that fact, but as far as repairs and machinist work, stick with Earon Carter or someone who will get your work done before the ice caps melt.

I suspect a contributing factor is that Steve doesn't have a shop of his own; he's dependent on the VKC machine shop which has a very busy primary business that isn't paintball.

Suggestions:

• KILL in-grip constant air (CA) adaptors as Sniper42 is making them : Redux CA Adapter interest thread
• KILL BBA valves which are a DIY item: Back Bottle (BBA) valve on Redux - success

Priority list for "everyone":

1. extended barrels (for the reasons I outline above - they're awesome)
2. slam changers (they're impossible to DIY and there's huge demand)

Those, plus producing more DuckSlides and Reduxes.
