As I was cruising around this weekend I noticed we just opened up a new Tandy Leather store. I was thinking what would be cooler than a custom Redux Holster build off? It got me to thinking, wouldn’t it be cool to own your own custom one of a kind Redux belt or shoulder holster made out of leather. Although I have no previous experience in leather works I stopped in and found the prices on leather more than reasonable. As for Rules: 1)Rookies Only 2)Redux, Duck or BoxGun compatible 3)The submission must be created by the player. 4) Pre made stuff is a not acceptable. 5) Choose a theme, Old West, Retro, Gangsta. 6) Google foo , YouTube, Friends, using an existing harness as a template, Leather smith advice is acceptable. New rules may be voted upon by the contestants and the above may be changed if it is deemed to diminish the fun factor. Time frame allowed to be voted on. Maybe even mOngo himself can throw in a prize or two for the top duck.

I've seen your work butch and it's killer but your more than welcome to join in but there will be an * by your name. Maybe you could be the ultimate judge  After pondering this for a moment I would have to define the term: Rookie as one who has had no previous experience in leather works.

I'd be up for this, but I am not sure how to even start. I need to do some research and probably bug a bunch of people and then make time for some trial and error. What time frame are you looking at? How much time do we have to fart around before we have to actually make something decent?
