Update ....

After some chronograph time, seems the little Sheridan does NOT want to be regulated, even at 700#'s velocity would not go above 260.

So with a tad bit of valve tweaking and now set up bottom lined to a direct connect ASA, she is shooting 280 without breaking a sweat, while holding +/- 6-8 fps in the process ..... Sweet !

Which valve, the cartridge?
What did you end up doing to it?
Nice job on the frame BTW

I replaced the piercer / valve with a PPS Dyna style. Opened up the male threaded portion on valve body half so the gas behind cup seal could flow out around it when fully compressed. Put an @ .030" flat along one side of pierce pin so a tad more flow will enter valve during fire sequence. Opened vent hole in valve body with a #3 drill.

Need the large air passageway..

That gun doesnt explode paint? Thatd be rare if it didnt with the stock bolt.

The blazer frame is nice. It would be cheaper to put an automag frame on one of those though.

Ah, funny you mention exploding paint

Did a stock bolt mod that has a push pin in face of bolt. When bolt slides into "Lock" position a flat pin bumps the ball forward @ 3/16". Also added 2 wedgets either side to stop roll outs.
Gun Does NOT break paint at all now

You know? I've never broke paint with a PGP. And they were mostly stock. Some had more kick then other's, but never broke paint.
I spring them to shoot below 275fps on the first shot.
I know that they are a close range marker, and anything above that is useless.

Can't honestly say this PGP is a close in Gun
granted sighting plane is a tad short, but as for accuracy at 280 fps, it is damn near as accurate as either of my Blazers

It has accuracy that is more than enough to even play woods ball with IMO.

I love this little pistol
