So... does anyone else want to make one of these? I don't feel like I'm going to be able to make a nice wood pump handle/stock combination that wouldn't involve duct tape

Thank you, that was a fun project, but my woodworking collaborator remains private unless he tells me otherwise. If you are resourceful though you can discover his identity , you just have to do some searching here on MCB. Who knows what other cool "Custom Gun" stuff you may find.

Crosman makes a wooden one from the factory now too, but it comes skeletonized, which I honestly think looks like hell.
