| Rec Poster Join Date: Oct 2008 | k frame with stuck trigger
recently got a nice k framed sheridan but the trigger sticks back once pulled. you have to push it back foreward before it will catch again to re-cock the gun. is there a trigger spring i need to replace? I havent even tried to pull it apart yet but wondered if anyone had any ideas. thanks

there is a spring under where the sear is. that could be your problem. OR it could just be a jam up of your hammer or main spring possibly.

If you need a picture of the spring or where it goes, let me know I can easily get that for you, as my K-frame is not attached to anything right now....so it's easily accessible.
