If it is a KP3 it is a Speed Demon bolt. You should be able to pull back on the knurled knob on the back of the bolt and that will allow the pump rod to come out. Then twist the bolt so the lug in the channel. The lug is spring loaded. You push it into the bolt. That will allow you to pull the bolt the rest of the way out.

have a knurled knob on the back of the bolt?
pull that knob straight back and hold it,it will release the pump rod, pull it out of the bolt.
push the bolt closed, then pull the back enough to let the BB unlock from the holes.
rotate the bolt clockwise so the cocking lug is the slot on the side of the barrel.
if the lug has a small screwdriver slot unscrew it,not 100% which type it has..
if it doesn't just push the lug in with a screw driver or something and rotate it in the barrel towards the top..
then just pull the bolt out the back..
DONE!

Thanks! got it!.

The previous owner soaked the gun in some kind of paint and then in some kind of paint thinner I think. It is so gunked up.

What can I soak this in to remove all of this gunk? I dont care (and might prefer) if it removed the barrel blue too.

If you are going to replace all seals mineral spirits works wonders.
If you are going to try and use some of the seals, hot soapy water and rubbing alcohol(not at he same time).
