pgp pump return spring?

Has anyone ever created a pgp mod that returns the pump handle forward?

Yup ....

Went to the longer pump handle, then placed an end cap over end of handle, turned down quick changer (QC) knob to shoulder a light recoil spring.
Works like a charm

Spring is between end of handle & QC, which in this case is NOT used.
I Do Not see a way to do a return spring that would allow bolt return and keep QC easy to access ??

^^ He should mention that this would only work on a PGP modified for C/A, as his is.

I don't know how well a pgp would work with a return spring but if I were to put one on I would drill a hole in the bottom of the pump handle to house a guide rod/spring similar to how a sniper return spring works but with a smaller diameter.

z50 hit it right on the dot. I was thinking of something along the lines of that. basically a guide rod that extends from the front of the trigger frame to the bottom/back/center (where the pump handle is cut) of the pump.with a spring. but the thing is i really dont wanna drill into my beautiful k frame.

Don't the locking BB's do a good enough job holding the pump in place for you ?

There should be a couple 1/4" bb's in your bolt that pop through two holes on the sides of the barrel tube. These are what hold the pump in place instead of a pump return spring.
