I get around 800 shots per 20oz on average. I do run and EXC expansion chamber and my valve is set to the largest setting so it probably could be fine tuned to maybe 900-1000 per 20oz. No matter what you do an expansion chamber is key for the VM. Also try running remote, after playing with VM's for 14 years my shoulder and elbow dont quite fit right in their sockets anymore hehe. I also run my VM-68 on a remote with the tank vertical on my back. I don't have an expansion chamber but I am hoping that this will help me some. I have not used it that way in really cold weather yet I think that will be the deciding factor on whether I get an X-Chamber for it or not.
