What's the difference between removing the PGP non-cart and the constant air (SB/LB) one?

For a CA valve you undo the screw with your valve tool. Then use the other end of your valve tool to thread onto the valve body and wiggle it out. The valve stem is different on the CA model. You only have the valve body, the valve stem and the spring. Really only one o-ring in there on the valve body.

How do I take out the chamber plug assembly? Do I need that special tool?
