Does anyone have a good photo of the seal. I think I could probably make one. I'm getting an old EQ without the seal. They weren't bad, but this part can seriously screw you up if it gets messed up. Any pictures or measurements before I get it. Just wanna make a mold in Plaster, then inject it with silicone and try it, should stand up to heat better and seal a bit tighter.

Asa, I'd love to get a pic for you and could have when i originally posted this but unfortunatly when i brang my gun to the local shop to try and see if they could get it working the A$$hole of an owner stole the seal out of my gun. I too figured it was possible to make new ones but i no longer have the chance. good luck and post back if you get a working seal. hopefully itll be before i sell the gun cause thats what my latest option is.

I'll post a pic and measurements when I find the USB cable for my camera. I'm pretty sure it would be better to cut or punch a new seal out of a sheet of the same material. You could also measure the rectangular hole in the grip (piston?) where the seal goes.

I'll get back to you.

Okay, this may help everyone. I got a working EQ coming in the mail and I'm making multiple gaskets. Get in on the pre-order. Stock up, I'm pretty sure I only plan on doing this once.
