That's part of my criteria

A squall or stroker that functioned as fast as my Miltec, would cost over $1,000, if they'd even build it .

Yes, the big thing the sydarm needed was some antisiphon built into it and more volume so the shootdown isn't so bad. Most mag pistols fix the liquid issue by going vertical, but there are other ways to go too...

Sorry for the hijack!

I remember someone on AO talking about putting a filter of sorts in the line to keep the liquid out of the valve. I was toying with the idea of getting an Xvalve and messing with the pressure to volume ratio to see if you can eek out a few more shots.

I have 2 ACP2.0s. Both have the Alamo City delrin sleeved striker and delrin bolt, and also my modded birdcage barrel and CO2 cap tether. I play with it as a primary intermittently, but mostly used on and off throughout games.

my plan A was going to be:
Use a C/A adapter plug that has a built in expansion chamber, hardlined down to an ASA mounted in this configuration:

I have this part just waiting for the Sydarm to put it on, an ASA that mounts to the AGD rail forward. This will give you quite a bit of antisiphon holstered and still a little in level fire. Also, one of the CCI Phantom's check valves on the 12gram adapter would let you precharge the gun before the start of the game and keep it partially charged throughout, that should help too.
I was thinking a Line SI Lever changer, but I could go whole hog and put a six pack minus the stock on the ASA and then mount it to the Sydarm, I would've found the ultimate AGD Engine of Destruction, a six pack on a pistol-now that would be sweet!
Seriously though, also needed is a very small fence around the feed hole that firmly cups the 10round tube when it's positioned to pour paint in. This would let you load on the run without looking(I've seen a person hurt trying this with a stock sydarm with my own eyes) and would give me an excuse to put a raised rib and double shotgun beads on it.

All that being said, I highly doubt I could shoot 600rds an hour through that rig so I'll stick with my Miltec for primaryness(Word?), but it would be a great sidearm to my sidearm.

Crimson, I saw those pretty things! Do you know what the bore size on those are? and have you ever checked to see if multiple ones are the same bore size? Cores and Armotechs were various, from .685 to .693, but warsensors and TAG8s are .691, I was just wondering.

I currently have a Splatty and a spyder pistol I made. Why buy a pistol when you can make your own It gets 18 good shots with 19 and 20 dropping pretty quick. It's completely empty by 25 shots, which is nice because exactly on the 25th shot, it runs out of air without the empty 12g hiss. She's very nice! Still working on a feed system, but she's nice none the less.

I'm going to try for the win with 11!

Sidekick Semi
Sidekick Semi Short
Splatmaster x2
Splatmaster Rapide
3357 x2
Tiberius 8
PGP Stroker (nearing completion)
Squall x2 (nearing completion)

I'm pretty happy with my collection, only thing I really WANT to add is a 007 and a Sydarm (or two).

Agent Smith: I was thinking of something similar but perhaps mounting the 12g QC/drop out with the spring feed, I'm not sure how much gas that would save and I think it'll add a lot more headache to the build. Using a check valve is a great idea. I really wish someone would produce more lever changers, I know I would buy a few.

Altec: What happened to that Sergi PGP I thought you had?

Mayvik: Thats a lot!! I really need to add a Tib8 to my group. I was thinking about a Sydarm but I think building your own is more fun

Currently, just two AFT's and two (still pump) PGP's.

Used to have a PT Enforcer, a Squall, and a Sydarm, but none could match the AFT's, especially for the price. I also had an IMP kit for one of the PGPs, but it was always tough to get running well.

Sydarms(original) x 4
Tib8s x 2
007 x 3
PGP x ?... don't know the exact number
PG x 6... i think
PMI-1 x 10
P68SC x 3
Redux
Duckslide Phantom x 2

that's all i can name off the top of my head that can be considered sidearms i guess. although the p68sc's are a little too big for a sidearm IMO and one of the Duckslides is set up VSC style so it probably shouldn't be considered a sidearm either.
