I think a lot of mag users are going to like these guns. And given the fact that the bodies are plastic, it really opens the door to extreme, creative body modding without needing major tools.

I have to give credit where credit is due, my X valved Tac One had the ULT tuned well enough to walk the trigger, not quite a high end electro, but it could out shoot my wallet. Having said that, this thing has convinced me to jump on the heresy bus and sell my remaining mag stuff. Pretty much for the already mentioned reasons. I know it's not built like a mag, but i have other markers that are. When it comes to performance, this marker delivers. Ironically, this marker was supposed to be my back up/loaner, but i can't help but want to play with this thing all the time.

Speaking of the plastic bodies, anyone know how to get another body?

No news yet in other bodies. But with some modeling skills, plastic stock some jb weld, I'm sure one could make anything one wanted.

I've been looking at various ideas. From Star Wars blaster rifles to Star Trek phasers.

You know, that does give me a few ideas too. I'll have to see what i can dig up. That is, if i can put the thing down long enough to tinker on it, lol.

I know what you mean. I'm torn as well. Which is why I could buy a safe body, to experiment on.

The next step is to get someone going on all-metal bodies for it. Something like TechT did for the Ions. I am fine with the polymer frame but the body plastic does feel a little weak.

I think that's the point of the G1M.
Mech with an aluminum body.

You can pull the trigger so slow that it will bleed off. It has to be deliberate, unless you preload the trigger a little when you shoot. A deliberate pull and the marker shoots, let go and pull again and it shoots again. You aren't tripping a sear, you are pressing a button that redirects/shuts off airflow. It's a lot of fun to shoot.
