If this works I'm totally in. Would probably be slightly easier on 8.1 barrels too since they have a bigger OD.

The barrels on T 8.1 are thicker is say there close to .125+ wall thickness. That's just a guess . Just woke up.waiting for coffee. Lol

yeah the t8.1 barrels are huge compared to the t8 barrels wall thickness, LT is right on the money about wall thickness as well.

The barrels are significantly bigger, that's why the old style mags have to have the top of the mag ground down to fit the 8.1 and 9.1 systems.

I was not sure about the older ones accepting freak backs due to the barrel thickness but if they could not, the larger 8.1 and 9.1 barrel would have a better chance.

Still would like to have a have freak boring available for the 8 and 9 markers.

well i believe i have a T8 (says Tiberius 8 on the side)
manual says FM TIB8-001

its 7/8" OD (same as a phantom) so its freakable

its just a matter of how im gonna do it
