Delrin MVP bolt

I have a customer that is looking to have me make some mods to his MVP (mod a pump handle) and also to make another Delrin bolt. I made a prototype that I put in another locals MVP and it seams to work well. It has an added oring groove to seal the power tube and its quite a bit lighter. So before I start I wondering if anyone else might be interested and if so I'll turn out a couple more while I am at it.

are you going to do some changes other than using a different material? I'm thinking that a diffuser might lower the sound report if you were willing to try.

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...

Maybe mill a groove for an oring on the outside, instead of using the breech oring which ruins the pump stroke. Or just slightly tapper the delrin bolt to work with the breech oring smoothly

That looks great to me. Any chance you could make the face flat? Just to prevent rollback if a force feed loader is used.
