Hey guys, Has anyone tried or heard of anyone fabricating a ball feed and 8 or 10 round spring feed magazine for the VM-68 that shoots the Tiberius First Strike Round? With the right equipment, it doesn’t seem too difficult. I just thought it would be a great option for the VM's |

The VM does have that nice large feedport, so that it would not require any modification to the gun itself. Though, I wonder if the force from the bolt would damage the fins?

There was clip on youtube of some kid using his tippmann SMG-68 firing the first strike through the 5 round clip the gun came with. The rounds looked to come out pretty good. I also saw that Tiberius rounded the edge of their new bolts so it would fit snug into the skirt of their first strike round so to prevent damage to the fins. I think once a feed neck is milled out, some cheap clip could be made with a soft spring so to help gravity convince the rounds into the chamber.

I was looking at my vm and my case of First strike and thinking the sale thing a couple of days ago. Figure a custom feedneck, add a 'foamie' to the bolt, and gravity feed a 'stick' of fs rounds. I just got a wg-65 (uses vm feedneck) that i'd LOVE to have this done to.
