What to look for in a PMI 3

Long story short but looking for a file set today I ran into a guy who played paintball back in the early 90s and he was saying he had a PMI 3 along with the spyder still in his possession. I could care less for the spyder but seeing the PMI 3 works [hopefully] I am sure I can get off him. Condition, I have no clue and really don't know what to look for in terms of condition to help make my final decision. Some guidance on major deciding factors would be more then helpful from people experienced with these markers. Thanks for your time.

Just make sure it doesnt leak and the internals arent rusted solid. Otherwise just add paint and play

You might have to buy the detent "ball fingers" from PTP...those often dry rot away.
