I have a friend who is 1 feedneck away from having 4 working VMs. What is the cost and rarity of the feedneck? Also, one of his VMs has a feedneck that appears to be missing the brass tube which the elbow attaches to, but there is no hole for the screw, so we cant put a replacement brass tube in. I have heard that there was once a hopper that fit directly into the feedneck and did not require the brass tube, is this true? And if so, how rare are they, and what do they cost? Thanks for the help guys. |

Go to a hardware store and look for a 45 degree 3/4 copper elbow. Yes, the VM comes stock with a hardware store copper elbow.

By the way, I realized I made a typo, it's a 3/4" elbow, not 2/3". You don't need a brass tube, any 3/4" pipe would work. I use copper.
