angel air, battery replacement.

I just got an angel air in a gun package I bought. The batteries need to be replaced and I was wondering why the reg had to be removed from the tank to replace such a simple thing? Is there any way around this? It's not so much that I am afraid of takeing it off as it is that I do not have any clue where to find the antiseize they recomend for the threads. I considered having it filled anyway due to the gun being mechanically regulated but I felt it very unwise without being to read the input pressure via lcd. So battery replacement....anybody want to give me a pep talk?? Also would air tool oil be satifactory to use where designated by angel? I dont see how "love juice" and "love grease" is superior and manditory for their products, just another money grubbing scheme as I see it.

Antiseize, my dad calls it neverseize. It is the grey stuff you put on nuts and bolts to prevent them from corroding or rusting. Any hardware store should have it. Not sure if hats what they mean but it should work good. AKA recommends their "Extreme Lube", it's just pre additive ATF. So I think you could get by with the same on an Angel. For grease just use dow33 and for oil just get some ATF.
