I'm with Mattee on the piecing it together. Out of my whole freak kit I've only used: 675, 677, 682, and 684

'zactly, and the .679 more than anything else (so the barrel wasn't a bad purchase at all).

Ok, a bit of a necro but relevant info. Played all day last Sunday, I was shooting ultra evil out of a 678 gen 1 (constant bore) Lurker. Though the bore was proper to paint fit, I was getting barrel breaks to high hell, that being said I also shot lasers and got many long balls and one shot elims. Tried some of my buddy's gator black paint and that worked a lot better. What paint do you guys suggest for rec play through tight barrels? I will sacrifice a bit of brittleness for no barrel breaks. i'm looking for a short term solution, i don't have the money for a barrel kit. Thanks in advance

I've said it in multiple threads so forgive me for repeating myself but Formula 13. Pretty consistent, not many dimples, flies straight enough, and can withstand underboring or rough markers (ie. short-barreled Sheridans). It's been my go-to for non high-end paint for a bit.

My recent experiences with RPS paint (Evil, Ultra Evil, Premium) has been absolutely horrendous in terms of barrel breaks. This is why I've switched to Valken and Dye paints and won't go back until they're resolved their issue. Its not just me either. Local stores like Extreme Pros and Maxon have sent back cases (and skids in Maxon's case) to RPS because the quality was so poor.

Evil was cool in my sniper, not so with my sheridans.
EDIT: forgot to add I've switched to using graffitti if I can find it. Valken's infinity started to become to inconsistent for my liking.
