I doubt it was a team gun since it's in such good shape. That would be the only think that I can think of that might discourage collectors. However, I think it's outstanding condition is probably a bigger plus than if it were a beaten up team gun.

I believe the earlier models were LEFT handed feeds though iirc. Recently just read an article on belsales and the U.K. Predators. In 1995 the UK Predators (top UK team and a solid world contender) agreed to switch to shooting autocockers and the Belsales Predator series was born. Early Predator cockers were built off left feed Evolution bodies anodized in the Predators trademark green and only later took on the signature milling and engraving of the line. Unlike the Evolution series, Belsales US distributor for the Predator series was WGP themselves. posted by Wolf13

Why? Is it just rarity? I don't understand.

OP, a very complete Predator was listed on Ebay not too long ago with a BIN of $750. It didn't sell at that price. The seller made his way to MCB and offered a better price for MCB'ers. I don't know what that price was. Should the gun be put up for sale, I'd be highly interested in it. |

I prefer right feed cockers, but I run them with stick feeds and mini hoppers. I still regret selling my dust gunmetal '98 Shocktech. ![]() The thing was decked out with a Tornado valve and Lightning bolt.
