Old Sheridan identification, possible Annihilator?

This popped up over on the nation recently. Owner is looking for positive ID.

Owner says it was used "mid 90's".

Home brew on a P. The asa is aftermarket.. they called them finned (s in a fin on each side).

That is in fairly good condition it would look great with a good polishing .

I believe the marker is called the PMI-II P-Series 68 Magnum.
