Is this the stock trigger frame on this shocktech cocker? Or some version of parts? I'm interested in purchasing this gun from a guy on my local forum, he says that it is the stock trigger/grip frame, that the finger guard is a metal piece that he put the rubber hose on 'for looks'. Will a hinge trigger work on it? His asking price is $75 OBO, CDN funds. Is that a fair price? Just needs to be timed. Thanks, lonegunmen |

I don't know for sure if that is the stock frame, but that is a shocktech frame that was used as a stock frame for their guns. And it has the trigger guard, those go missing ALOT. That is a hinge frame also, they work decent, little heavier pull then a WGP hinge. thats a pretty fair price, love those bodies.

Great price. That body would make a bitchin anything, including a sniper. Sleeperish. That is a potential stock frame for that gun, id bet he isnt lying. They used to have a silver rod that looked exactly like that piece of hose.. maybe he still has it. |

the silver rod is there, the stock trigger guard, just sounds like he put heat shrink over it.

For that vintage IIRC it should be a Benchmark annoed to match as Shocktech had not produced their own frame at the time. Bolt looks like a stock WGP that would not have been stock. Price is fair sell the front end to buy a pump kit and get a benchmark frame if you want to ditch the current one.

I personally think the ST two-finger frame is as ugly as a mud fence, but it works pretty well. Should be easy to match (color wise) a Benchmark or DYE frame to the gun, if you wanted to make it a slider. Nice snag.
