WTT 88ci bottle for 68ci bottle

I have an pure energy 88/4500 bottle (no reg) that has never been used. It has been sitting in my closet for about 10 years, so it is out of hydro. I'm hoping to trade it for a 68/4500 bottle in comparable shape.

What is the born on date of the tank?

I will have to check when I get home. I would guess that the tank was born around 2000, but I will confirm for sure tomorrow.

Pics added. Not sure of the "born on" date, but this tank originally needed to be re-hydro'd in 8/01. Hope that helps.
