Ooo... I wish I wasn't building this house. I was going to sell my Magna and get a Harley one day. Buddy of mine just bought an older sportster, kind of like this one, and put one HECK of a paint job on it.
I'll have to sell my bike real quick huh? Heh.. Most likely not this time around. Good luck. Nice bike.

Watertown NY, way up north near Canada, eh
This one is my brother in laws, 79 was a oddball year, Harley parts on many models are interchangeable, in fact parts go like this 57 -78, 79, 80-84, 85-90, 91-cant remember but 01 02 something like that.
I had a 84 700 magna nice bike, I have a 1990 sportster now, last year of the 4 speed trans, she has almost 44 thousand on it, I found a 02 1200 with 9 thousand miles on it, I got the cash difference but need to sell mine.
I will post mine, it as custom paint, GM bright teal, striping is paint not decals, my beloved dog Casey is in front (rip)

what happened to the pink
My dad loves his 85 sporster.. thae last one before the evo engines came around.
Its interesting to find stuff for... since the only sportster parts left are the engine (most of it) and the fenders...
