Rear view. As you may notice I have milled the back end of the bolt to fit in the outtake of the back plug. It was fun to sweep-mill the back end.
I wanted it to bewel in a simmilar way to the back plug I made earlier. Due to the irregular shape I had to sweep the surface in 4 steps. Step 1 was sweeping the upper radius, as that one is the biggest and covers about 70% of the area. Next was the lower part that fits in the back plug outtake. Step 3 and 4 was to mill the remaining area between the upper and lower radius to make for a smooth transition with no visible steps or gaps.
