My new XB was missing one of the plungers on the rear seats to lay them down.

Marker Stands. I also designed a quick one for a VSC phantom since it doesn't have an ASA. STL here

I made a chrono trap so I don't have to drive out to my parents house to test velocity, the printed parts are just the center hole fill and the cradles.

Didn't have an ASA adapter so whipped this up in Fusion and printed in ABS.

Brandon I absolutely love it. My only complaint is it’s so good that I wish I had a bigger bed. I have other printers and can print bigger, but the Bambu printers are just leaps and bounds better. But honestly at least 75% of all my prints fit on the Mini. 20+% would fit on the larger A1 or other Bambu’s and less than 5% of what I want to print would require a bigger bed than the other Bambu’s.
I’m holding out buying a P1S because I’m hoping they come out with a 350mm cubed or close printer or a tool changer.

Needed a bracket to hold some electronics and a pulley and stand for a stepper motor. Running a passivation test on laser engraved stainless steel. It drops the parts in the water for an hour, then lifts them out for an hour. Repeat for 24 hours.

modeled up and printed some CCM mags.. at $35 a pop, it’s a tough sell when I can make them for about $1 or so… same size as CCM’s mags but hold 1-2 extra rounds. Printed it laying flat with the internal radius facing up with zero supports.. came off the print bed ready to use.

the cap that retains the spring needs a hair of fine tuning but that’s easy peasy.

Impressive! What is the lever pinion actually operating? I've struggled myself to design something that operates the bolt without doing any machining to the bolt itself.

The bolt is attached to a “sled” which has the rack on bottom allowing the pinion to slide the bolt through the action. To ensure the hammer does not interfere with the action it also slides along the top of the sled and the sled acts as a mechanical limit to the back stroke preventing overly long stroke with the lever.

                      I love it.

I have an affinity for levers, if I can be of assistance please let me know. Fwiw I've got printers sitting idle right now.
