Yep, I found similar ones made by Blackhawk and sold at Walmart for use on AR handguards. The angle was undetectable in the box, I didn't catch it until it was mounted.
Aesthetically it's annoying, but if nothing else it works to my advantage by giving extra adjustment range out of my FSR.
I've found that if I actually go a couple clicks down on the FSR the V in the FSR makes a perfect rear sight with my M4style FSB. I'm guessing it's just right for about 60-70yds.
I still need to do some accuracy testing.
I was 4 clicks in at 120 yards in a 2nd story building. No clue how far away I was when I hit someone at 8 clicks in on the ground though.
