uncanny Join Date: Dec 2011 Location: Los Angeles | Need to order some rt classic parts, agd or tunamart?
Hey fellas, I need to get a new rt classic valve pistion and sear/pin assembly. I've been calling and leaving messages last week for tech support at agd, and they never answer, even though I'm calling during business hours. A guy named Dave called me back and left a message once, but I've tried returning his call with no success in making contact. Has anyone here ordered new replacement parts from AGD recently? Is tunamart still operating and are they a better source for the needed replacement parts? I understand that AO is in need of a new server soon, and that the store website is also on the same server. I'm guessing that we cannot order parts from AGD if that goes away. Does that sound correct?

Dave at AGD would be Dave Zupan... the owner. Try emailing him. Either would be a good place to support

Thanks! Just ordered parts from AGD today. I'm not used to a company still being around to support a marker, since I was an autococker only guy until getting my first rt classic.

The AGD store is always the best bet when dealing directly with AGD. Usually, Tuna is the go-to guy for parts and service, but he will be out of commission for at least another week.

I also got up to speed regarding Tuna's health. Wishing him a speedy recovery. His health and family takes priority over everything.

Got my parts quickly from AGD. Didn't realize that rt reg seat o rings and L10 power tube o rings were the same part (#000844). Are these clear/white o rings any better than buna o rings? I see that short304 has an rt classic o rings kit for sale here on mcb for much less. Does o ring type make a difference in automags?
