Luke used to do vert conversions, but he stopped a year or two ago. They work well, but they are offset (usually right side). I like it that way, but it would be bad if you were left handed. You see one come up used on occasion.

Regardless of whether it’s a L7 or L10 bolt, all RT style valves come with clear bumpers while classic valves are meant to have the blue ones, but it honestly doesn’t matter. Either bumper will work just fine with either valve. I actually kinda prefer the blue ones because they never wear out. The clear bumpers will eventually disintegrate, but even that’s after years and years of use. Can’t go wrong with either one. File under “non-issue”.

Years of use or like two days of play at max rt levels. Blues are kinda better. Clears are proper.

Use lots of oil

Doc Nickel (Docsmachine on here) has done a few vertical feed conversions on RT Mags. He put up a thread on here about it.

But Lord, asked Gabriel, Is this not too generous to these Canadians?

And God replied, Just wait and see the neighbors I shall inflict upon them.

i can promise you that was not a cheap conversion. I actually got to build and play with that mag before it went to the owner.

Find a local welder and have them do it for you in lukes style. Or bike builder doing brazing which is the original method.

There are non paintball guys that can do this for you if you really want it done.
