I finally got my Micro e-Mag 2009 and it looks amazing!
What do you guys think?
And that's my other "new" Micromag:
I gotta say this is the best ano job I've ever seen, by far!
Then I also got my VER frame, which I mounted on my Chord V1 body, Dallara rail, RPG 15* ASA and front grip, DW rail and on/off and a Dye UL barrel:

New shop toy.
Finished her up yesterday after the Rainman229 pump kit came in.
Spent the afternoon tuning and changing springs, etc.
Shooting sweet now and it's time to make her purty.
Next on the list is a convertible SC to vert feed body mod.
Shoulda put on the brass barrel for this crowd! LOL!

Just got the body and rail back from Luke.
It's a centerfeed mod, with the rail milled to accept RT Pro foregrips.
Future plans include 1/4" hardline and a Doc nickel AC thread adapter, maybe SS hardware.
I'd originally sent the body in about a year and a half ago for the warp-left mod, but decided I'd rather have a centerfeed instead. After tossing the idea around with Matt for a few weeks I ended up sending the body back in. He patched the offset-right hole and redrilled, then welded a Classic Automag DF tube in place (explains the hold in the feedneck. He did have a little trouble since the body had already been welded on, but he fixed the warpage just fine. I've aired it up and she dry fires like a dream.
It's name is Megatron. The end.
Actually not the end. Now has a Doc's Twisty-to-AC adapter that had to be hammered in (probably not gonna come back out anytime soon!).
I'm considering investing in a set of E-Mag lowers next year if I can find some. That's be interesting =P

Hah, I'm sure many of those splash kits were cut from the factory, or at least from the proshop...I swear I've seen some that have factory coatings.
You can't argue with oldschool cool. It was what it was...not as bad as kids carving "HATE" or "HK" into their guns with pen knives.
If anyone cuts a frame these days, though...to the guillotine.
Anyways, here's what I call "mega-mag"
