AKA 2 liter

Howdy.

I have an AKa 2 liter regulator on a pump setup, I believe CCM internals. The reg is bottomed out, but I still want to increase the pressure. Inside the reg, there were two very thin washers that the spring was sitting on, so I bought a few more like them. I was just going to add washers to increase spring tension/output pressure.

I was just wondering if this was a horrible idea, or something that somebody has had a poor experience with in the past. Thanks all.

AKA sells both a high pressure and a low pressure spring for the 2 liter. Sounds like you need the HP spring. www.akapaintball.com

I looked into that before posting this thread, since I also need the adjustment cap. I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. Thank you for the information though!
