Custom Products Direct Mount On/Off

I have a CP Direct Mount on/off ASA and it just won't stop leaking. I changed both orings in it, and my tank oring, so I really have no idea what's going on. It's leaking from the bottom line holes and the front where the knob is. Any advice?

That's happened when I've had damaged tank threads. I dropped the tank on the face of the threads and it dented the oring slot. Just got a key and bent it back, replaced oring

Well I have the 2k5 style one and I couldn't find a manual for it so I had no idea what was going on, but then I found Paintball Tek's tech video about it on YouTube and realized the disc that sits in front of the pin has an oring on the underside of it and it was missing. His video might help you with your mini on/off too.
