Have you messed with the LPR at all? If the bolt is cycling but there is no "shot" then the LPR is too low (HPR too high) so the ram isn't able to open the valve.

It goes bang, but not POP!!!, from the sound of the ram smacking the pin but not opening it.

As for the Pin, degass it and push the bolt with your fingers, you should feel when the ram meets the valve pin, then be able to press a little more to open it. If you don't feel that, then you are not connected.

Thank you all for the input, I will hopfully have time to mess with it tonight. I did try pushing the bolt forward against the valve pin and it feels right but I will go through and check the HPR/LPR again to make sure it's all correct

Also make sure the valve is installed right-side up. Just like a cocker bolt being upside down.

Started to trouble shoot a bit and it appeared the HPR piston was stuck. Broke it free and it started to fire properly but now leaking. Got the piston out and found the seal had turned to goo.... Anyone know off hand what size the seal is?

Do you know what size it is? I just went to the hardware store and eyeballed a match.
I get some minor leaking when first aired up so it's not a perfect fit, but it does work.
